Caroline is a field officer for the Community Savings and Loaning Program. She has wide experience in community empowerment (livelihood improvement)programs through local capital mobilization methodologies, girl child issues, children rights issues, HIV/AIDS, MDG’s, environmental conservation, gender and water related initiatives.
